About Rachel

Hello! I have several years of paid full-time nanny experience with 2 different families. In both cases I developed strong, trusting relationships with both the kids and parents, and had so much fun getting to know one another. In the first case, it was strictly nannying responsibilities while the parents were at work. The second family, I served more as an all-encompassing personal assistant, helping with their baby boy, their puppy, their work equipment, cooking, errands and housekeeping. I even accompanied them on several work trips and would go stay at their house for days at a time once they moved away. I essentially acted as an extra pair of hands for whatever they needed on any given day. I've worked mostly in service since, but I miss working one-on-one with people. I would love to get to know some more cool families in Portland!
