About Rachel

Nurturing young minds is my passion, ignited by years of babysitting and a deep desire to positively impact children's lives. I have nine years of experience caring for children aged 0-11, and I am comfortable with up to four children. My approach is patient, creative, and friendly. I follow parents' leads on household rules and communication preferences, providing regular updates via text or phone, or through verbal communication. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I have two and a half years college experience and coursework, majoring in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, with minors in Special Education and Social Emotional Learning. I am happy to cook for the children in my care, as well as carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I also have previous CPR and First Aid certifications. I look forward to bringing my experience and love for childcare to your family!
