I lend a listening ear and assist with daily activities; monitor and report any changes in health, mood, or behavior of seniors; perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and vacuuming; accompany seniors to appointments, errands, or social outings; engage seniors in meaningful conversations, games, or hobbies; and follow care plans & safety protocols as instructed by seniors or their families. I maintain confidentiality and professionalism. I'm available for last-minute requests when you need help the most. I recently updated my CPR, AED, and first-aid certification with the American Red Cross (5/22/2023).

Rachel is a true gift from God, she was the most flexible, kind, sweet, smart and proactive caregiver we ever could have found. Her communication is impeccable and so organized. We felt we had a daily pulse on everything that was happening in my grandma's home. She went above and beyond to get to know my grandmother and build a genuine, honest relationship with her. Hiring Rachel remains the best decision we have ever made as a family. There is no one that could have done a better job (even family members!).
