About Rachel

I am passionate about working with children and have experience supporting kids in educational, therapeutic, and mentorship settings. As a Registered Behavior Technician in Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy (ABA), I have worked one-on-one with children ages 3-7, helping them develop communication, social, and behavioral skills through individualized support. I have also volunteered in a preschool classroom and mentored teenagers through church leadership programs. In addition, I am currently completing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which has strengthened my understanding of child development, behavior, and emotional well-being. I am patient, reliable, and dedicated to creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported. I have a passion for helping people and I love kids!
