About Rachel

I am an early childhood educator, caregiver, and birth doula with over 9 years of experience working with children ages 18 months to 6 years in schools and private homes. My background includes preschool and pre-k teaching, nannying, private preschool education, nature-based learning, and supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum transitions. My approach is holistic, nurturing, and developmentally focused. I love helping children feel safe, curious, and excited to explore. I support social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth through play, art, music, storytelling, nature, mindfulness, yoga, and hands-on learning. I also love animals and have experience caring for dogs, cats, and birds. I'm reliable, organized, grounded, and happy to help with household tasks, errands, and meal prep. Families describe me as warm, calm, playful, and attentive. My goal is to create a joyful, loving environment where children feel supported, confident, and inspired to learn.
