With over 15 years experience as a nanny and now with two children of my own, I am very in tune with a child's needs and greatly value the input a child wishes to share. Rachel is reliable, dependable, safe, caring and compassionate. She is good with kids in involving them to write their list of activities. Then she works with them to let them have a good time and stick to the agreed routine of the day. She is easy to work with. She does not spend time on social media while she is with kids. She is sincere and understands each child’s needs, allergy situation and their general interests. We would hire her again. We are confident in recommending her to others.
