Kids gravitate toward and trust me! They are truly my friends. I've cared for 1-12 y/o kids, specializing in pickups & enrichment, transit all over S/W BK, meals/nutrition, organizing playdates, tidying/decluttering, and planned adventures on holidays. I cover the crucial after school time as someone to decompress and reflect with, offering patience and full engagement. I have led enrichment for small groups, from arts to musicality to yoga and mindfulness to foraging (safely and when age appropriate). At this time, I work with 10 families! After 5 years, my primary family and I have changing needs, but I am devoted and reliable. I would love to explore my options with a family who prioritizes empathy, love for nature, critical thinking, staying active, and emotional regulation. Can be versatile following your lead on reinforcing school curriculum - am "unschooled" myself, but value literacy and scientific thought. Former & renewing Mandarin Learner - almost HSK3 before backsliding!
