I take the time to learn what each individual's needs and challenges are and then find a routine that is best to assist them and bring them a good quality of life. She is extremely attentive and will catch the small things most people don't! Very kind and has a comforting soul to be around making her great to work with! She is very careful when working. She is very gentle when assisting with standing up each time along with being vocal about what she is going to help a resident with before doing it! She has an amazing personality and a huge heart making her perfect at her job!
