About Rachel

I am a caregiver/ companion and I have over 10 years working with individuals with special needs, dementia and autism. I take my time to build a good relationship and build on trust and respect with each person that I assist. I have experience in observing medications, meal preparation, household cleaning, transporting to grocery store, doctor's appointments and activities. I take the time to learn what each individual's needs and challenges are and then find a routine that is best to assist them and bring them a good quality of life. Everyone is capable, some of us just need support. And life is always better with good company.
