Gam is in one word - incredible! I would give her 10 stars if possible. From day one she has been reliable, dependable, flexible and loving with caring for our baby. She started when he was 4 months old and has really become part of the family. She is always willing to come early/stay late if work meetings pop up for us and I love the relationship she has formed with our son. She knows him inside and out and isn't afraid to speak up if she feels he is acting outside of the ordinary, be it teething, upset stomach, or sickness. She is always talking with and encouraging him. We couldn't recommend her more. We love Gam with all our hearts!
