About Rachael

Hi! I'm Rachael -- a graduate student working toward my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy with over 10 years of childcare experience. I've had the joy of working with families of all ages and needs, from newborns to teens, and I bring a calm, grounded, and fun approach to caregiving. Before grad school, I spent five years as a ski coach in Vail and currently serve as the varsity girls' lacrosse coach at Colorado Academy. Those roles have shaped my ability to connect with kids, support emotional development, and encourage confidence and teamwork -- whether on the slopes, the field, or at home. I'm passionate about creating nurturing, engaging environments where children feel safe, seen, and supported to grow.
