About Rachael

Hi! My name Is Rachael I'm 20 years old I'm currently a sophomore at IvyTech majoring in Psychology my career goal is to be an Art therapist. In my free time I love to draw Play guitar, and play with my dogs. My family and friends would describe me as Kind, Patience and Smart My calm and creative demeanor fosters a positive environment for young minds to explore and learn. I believe in fostering open communication with parents, ensuring their peace of mind through daily reports and regular conversations. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and follow the parents' guidance to ensure consistency for the children in my care. From outdoor adventures to educational games, I enjoy a variety of activities that cater to different interests. As a reliable and responsible caregiver, I maintain a smoke-free environment, and am comfortable around pets. I also work part time as an activity assistant at Altenhiem nursing home in memory care and I love it!
