I am a licensed CNA registered in MD with CPR and BLS certified. I have my own vehicle and can provide transportation services as needed. My skills include : Perform home management tasks including housekeeping, laundry, shopping and errands - Prepare and serve simple modified diets according to instruction and assists with feeding as necessary - - Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming Assist with toileting, including use of bedpan, commode or toilet - Assist with transfers and ambulation including use of cane, walker, and wheelchair - Assist with medication as specified on plan of care Provides routine skin care. - Measure and record vital signs - Collect routine specimens - Care for male external catheter and assist with the emptying of indwelling catheter care bag. Assist with use of oxygen equipment.
