Rachael is phenomenal with our kids! Our kids (5 and 8) love them. They are caring, observant, responsive, responsible, and have excellent judgment. Rachael has been working with our family for the past 9 months, picking up the kids from school, walking them home (1 mile), and doing homework with our son, who has inattentive ADHD. Rachael helped him complete his homework–a punishing and unreasonable amount of it, without the tantrums and tears that always came when I (also an educator) or my husband tried to work with him. They were also great playing with our kids! They really “get” kids. Our daughter loves playing with Rachael–she saves the objects they make and looks forward to date nights. Our son is very attached to Rachael too–he waves goodbye every day from the window and watches them walk away–and has thrived under their care. They are incredibly patient and have guided our kids through upset and anger and the whole gamut of emotions that make up a kid’s life. Rachel has a positive, problem-solving approach to life that we are grateful for and hope our kids model. They are communicative with us parents, flexible, and easy to work with. 10/10!! Cannot recommend anyone more highly!
