About Rachael

Hi there! My name is Rachael and I have many years experience supporting and caring for individuals of all ages with impaired cognitive abilities and physical limitations. Currently I manage a group home for adults with developmental disabilities however for many years I worked in skilled nursing facilities more specifically with Alzheimer's and dementia patients. I also have a dementia practitioner certification. I have many years of experience as a caregiver and worked for many years doing home care. I also have a strong background in recreational therapy and quality of life. I strive to go above and beyond for the people I serve and will always put their needs and best interests first.
