About Rachael

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, dependable, attentive. I enjoy caring for seniors because I value connection, compassion, and helping people feel safe, heard, and respected during vulnerable moments. I'm looking for a job that is a meaningful, hands-on career where I can make a real difference through compassion, connection, and dependable care. I started caring for seniors in 2024 at an assisted living/memory care facility in New Hampshire. In my spare time, I like to hike, work out, spend time with my children. I love going to the farmers markets, and enjoying art in all varieties. One thing you should know about me is I've been on the family side of caregiving and I feel that gives a unique perspective. I had to care for a close terminally ill family member growing up. My skills include compassionate care, patience/communication, and dependability under pressure.
