About Rachael

Hi there! My name is Rachael, and I'm a patient, kind, and caring nanny with over 11 years of experience caring for children from newborn to 12 years old-including caring for up to three children at once. My goal is always to create a nurturing, growth-minded environment using science-based approaches that support each child's unique development. I am also happy to help out with household tasks, travel, and meal prep. In addition to nannying, I teach yoga and love to gently incorporate elements of the practice-like movement or mindful breathing-when appropriate. I hold a B. A. in Communication Disorders from Bridgewater State, which gives me a strong foundation in supporting early speech development and working with families on specific developmental goals.
