About Rachael

We absolutely adore our nanny Rachael. She has been with us almost 4 years. We have been grateful for her every.single.day. She took care of our oldest until he was two and the last two years she did a nanny share for us, with two babies that are the same age. Rachael couldn't have been more reassuring, organized, patient and loving! She made all transitions as easy as possible. She creates nap and feeding schedules, organizes baby entertainment and is just on top of everything. She is a young, lively, mother of a 12 year old and always the life of the Playgroup she's attended for the last 8 (!) years with children she's cared for in the neighborhood. People who see her way with the kids constantly tell me how amazing she is. She makes new nanny friends easily and always finds playdates or activities. She spends hours and hours on the playgrounds when the weather is nice. Our kids run to her with open arms every single morning.
