Rachael is new to housekeeping and I hired her on knowledge of her character and hard work. She learned quickly what I wanted her to do, the products and how I wanted things done. She worked diligently for 4 hours and completed the cleaning. She saw other things that needed to be done. She can do things on a ladder that I cannot do. I am so happy that she can help us twice a month.
