During that time, I also coached Cheer leading and was the faculty adviser for both the student newspaper and student government. I also taught first and second grades for two years in Arizona. Before that, I spent two years volunteering at the YMCA as a Volleyball coach for children ages 8-11. While I was in college, I coached the Junior Varsity Pep Squad at a high school in Upstate New York, and I babysat for my neighbors and other community members all throughout high school. I guess you can say being an educator and care giver to children has always been my path. While caring for your children, I am also happy to provide homework help, individualized tutoring, help with light housework, meal prep, and caring for pets.

Rachael has helped me with both of my sons since birth (They are 5 and 7 this year). She's very capable of firmly but kindly providing a safe and loving environment. She's not only provided child care including cooking and picking up, but focuses on activities that teach the boys and have raised their interest in reading and learning. I feel very safe leaving the boys with her for long periods of time should I need to knowing they have fun, stay active, and get the attention they deserve. I love that her knowledge and teaching experience gives them a resource to ask questions about their homework and she is familiar with appropriately handling several children at a time at all levels of behavior.
