About Rachael

Hi there! My name is Rachael, and I bring over a decade of experience working with children of all ages and abilities. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis. I've been a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the past 4 years and have had the privilege of working closely with children and teens with special needs in both therapeutic and home settings. In addition to my professional experience, I've been a dedicated nanny and childcare provider since the age of 15. My approach is rooted in compassion, structure, and creativity always tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. Whether it's supporting developmental goals, creating engaging routines, or simply being a consistent, caring presence, I'm passionate about helping children thrive in safe, nurturing environments.
