About Rachael

Nurturing young minds is more than a job for me; it's a passion. For six years, I've had the joy of caring for children aged 1-5. My college degree and Early Child Development coursework have given me a strong foundation. I am also certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I'm patient, creative, and friendly. I love playing outdoor games, educational activities, and anything that sparks imagination. I always follow parents' lead on household rules and communication preferences. I can also help with carpooling and crafts. My time at the YWCA as a child shaped me, and I hope to positively impact your little ones, just as my teachers did for me.
