About Rachael

I am a retired retail executive with a strong background in leadership and compassion. My personal experience as a caregiver for my grandmother with Alzheimer's and my mother with dementia has deeply shaped my understanding of senior care. These roles taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of dignity in aging. As a mother of three adult children and a proud grandmother of one, caregiving comes naturally to me. I bring warmth, reliability, and a deep respect for the elderly to every role. I am passionate about providing thoughtful, attentive care that supports both the individual and their family.
