Hi there! My name is Quinn and I am a soon-to-be speech pathologist looking for work before starting my job in October. I worked as a nanny for several years here in NOLA before moving to Nashville to get my Master's in Speech-Language Pathology. I always find nannying to be a rewarding job and a valued part of my life-- I am looking forward to spending some time doing it again this summer! I am hoping to connect with a family who needs semi-regular help, but also has some flexibility. I have several years of nannying experience with kids of all ages. I also worked as an Early Childhood teacher for 2 years. I truly believe in the power of play and child-led experiences. Quinn has an innate ability to relate with children at their level. A true and rare gift. I have used Quinn for two years consistently (started when daughters were 1 1/2 and 3) and am very sad that she is leaving MI. Our girls absolutely adore Quinn. She isn't their babysitter or nanny, she is their friend. Quinn is great at play and managing discipline with distraction, calmness and kindness. Quinn works well with parents, too! She follows protocol, arrives on time, allows for flexibility and is great at communicating. Please be good to her New Orleans! :-)
