About Quinerah

Hello Families, My name is Quinerah and I am currently working as a Behavioral Technician in a children's clinic while actively working toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician RBT. I am passionate about supporting children with special needs and helping them grow in ways that build confidence, independence, and meaningful life skills. Through my experience working with children in clinical settings, I have developed strong skills in patience, communication, behavior support, and creating positive connections with both children and families. My experience has allowed me to work closely with children on communication skills, daily routines, and behavior management. I bring compassion, reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed to every opportunity I am given. I look forward to continuing to grow, and make a positive impact in the lives of the families I work with.
