Our family appreciated Queen's support with my father, who had a series of bladder infections which involved a catheter, a very weakened state after hospital and urgent care visits, unsteadiness and some memory issues. Queen has a calm and caring presence and built a nice relationship with our family members. She takes initiative and draws on her experience, which we really needed! She knew when to jump in and assist in the moment and provide counsel. Her perspective of how dad was doing each day was helpful since emotion is such a factor for the family during emergent situations. We are thankful for Queen's assistance and would definitely hire her again or recommend her to others.
