Queen is absolutely amazing! She contacted me back right away regarding care for my disabled mother. She came to my home, reviewed our needs, and was ready with a plan. I was very nervous about leaving my mother in a stranger's care while I was on vacation after many other local agencies had not followed through with support for the times/dates I needed. My mother enjoyed queen's company, care , and respect. She was prompt daily, did as she said she would, and text daily with updates. She was never late or unresponsive to my text. Queen was very respectful to me and open about sharing about her business. She is a thorough and kind owner who really takes the time to listen to your concerns. I will hire Queen again in the future for sure and recommend you do too!
