About Quaija

I'm Quaija, a dedicated child care professional and Registered Behavior Technician with years of experience supporting children in afterschool and classroom settings. I create safe, structured, and welcoming environments while using positive reinforcement and ABA strategies to support learning, communication, and social-emotional growth. I have extensive experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, including supporting behavior management and student safety. I partner closely with families and team members to provide consistent care, clear communication, and individualized support. I'm currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis and maintain CPR certification.
