My name is Quadir, and I've been working with children for 5+, from infants to pre-teens. I'm warm, patient, and dependable the kind of caregiver who blends structure with creativity, and fun with safety. I'm the person who remembers your child's favorite bedtime story, notices when they need an extra cuddle, and celebrates the little milestones right alongside you. I believe in open communication, consistency, and giving kids space to be themselves while also gently guiding them to grow and thrive. I'm currently looking for a position where I can build a long-term connection with a loving family. I'm open to full-time or part-time work, with a consistent schedule.
