Making a difference in people's lives is what I strive for as a caregiver. With three years of experience in adult and senior care, I'm passionate about supporting families by providing reliable care for their loved ones. I provide live-in home care, home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and support for physical activity. I'm known for being patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes with ease. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when needed. Regular updates via text or phone call are important, and I always follow the family's preferred communication method. Creating a comfortable environment is my priority when connecting with care recipients. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
