About Qiana

Hi! I'm Qiana! I'm 21 years old. I've been babysitting for over 5 years, caring for children for family friends as well as families I've met through Care. com. I also worked in an after-school program for 2 years, where I helped supervise children, plan activities, and create a positive environment for them after school. I have references available upon request! I recently earned my Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Development and I am currently taking a year before continuing my education. I really love working with children. I love the developmental process, seeing children succeed small and big goals, learn, and grow in general. I enjoy helping with learning activities, arts and crafts, outdoor play, homework, and everyday routines. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. I'm dependable, patient, and caring, and I look forward to finding a family that's a great fit!
