Hello, When it comes to elder, they are vulnerable. Sometimes, you have to think of them as a kid again. Gotta be patience and understanding with them. They may take so much of your energy too but if you know them well like you know your child, you can work well with them and they will cooperate with you well too. Still you gotta show respect to them and be kind. I used to volunteer at a senior nursing home. I empathize when it comes to needing accompanies or waiting to someone to visit them. If there's a chance, I would like to help out.
