Putheavy is a great caregiver based on my experience working with for many years. She is a great mum of a daughter who lives under her custody and care. She is a responsible mum who always treat her kid so well. She trains her kid living in routine and gives her healthy food and time to leisure and learn new things and explore the world by bringing her to park, library and socializing with kids. She is a patient mum and she always use a great methods to teach a kid a lesson for example time out. 
I would recommend you to recruit her as a caregiver and I believe that she can be a potential worker on this career based on her experience as a mother and Non government organizer staff working on human rights.
