Hello, I'm a 22-year-old graduate student in the process of obtaining my Master in the Arts of Teaching degree at SUNY Binghamton. I am on leave for the year as I take on substitute teaching and tutoring. I have a deep affection and care for children, which in turn, motivates me as I pursue my second degree. I've spent a lot of time with children, more so in the role of a teacher as opposed to caregiver. That being said I've had experience babysitting kids for about 6 years now. When I first started working food service jobs while completing my undergraduate degree, I would often find free time filled with babysitting a coworker's child. I also regularly look after and babysit my 2-year-old nephew, but my experience with children younger than 5 is limited to the experience I've gained from this.
