Caring for individuals with special needs has been a lifelong commitment for me. Growing up as the oldest of six, I've helped care for my younger brother with Dravet syndrome and another brother, now 7, with level 1 autism, ADHD, and OCD. These personal experiences have given me a deep understanding of neurodiversity and the importance of individualized care. Beyond my family, I've volunteered as a Special Olympics coach for six years, supporting athletes of all abilities, and I currently work as a PCA for an adult male with autism. I'm also pursuing a degree in neuroscience to further expand my knowledge of cognitive and behavioral development. I'm passionate about creating structured, supportive, and nurturing environments that encourage growth, independence, and confidence. Whether assisting with daily living tasks, building social skills, or providing emotional support, I bring patience, empathy, and dedication to every interaction.
