About Priscilla

As an LPN, I have cared for seniors in their homes, nursing homes, and assisted living communities. I have specialized training and experience with dementia care. I offer companionship, supervision, transportation to (and advocacy at) appointments for your beloved senior, and help for family members in navigating the elder care system. Also offer education to loved ones on dementia, communicating effectively with a person with dementia, and how to prevent and manage "difficult behaviors", with dignity, love, and safety. In addition to my professional training and experience, my own father passed away from Alzheimer's Disease. I feel it is an honor to be allowed to participate with a family, in their loved one's care, as it demands empathy, dignity, and patience. I have great respect for the pain and challenges that dementia can cause to an entire family. It is my passion, and hope, to enhance the quality of life for those with dementia, as well as that for their loved ones.
