Priscila is absolutely a wonderful person to have in your life and whoever works with her, they are lucky! We would have loved to keep her but unfortunately our need changed. Priscila is very reliable, gentle, responsible, and pleasant to be with. Our kids loved her so much and asked us if she’s coming even on the weekends :) She was responsible for drop off/picking up kids from school and activities, attended activities that required adult involvements, created such a warm and loving environment for our kids. She always came up with great ideas to play with kids - crafts, reading, singing, dancing, etc. I love their dance party video that I constantly rewatch. Priscila was really good at connecting with other nannies in our area and set up playdates. Kids enjoyed it so much! Other moms and instructors from our kids activities always tell me how lucky we were to have Priscila. This itself tells how great she is! At the beginning, when I first went back to work, Priscila made sure that kids understand that grown ups will be back from work so nothing to worry about it. This made my kids and my transition very smooth. She sent lots of pictures and videos so that I felt I’m not just away for work whole time. When my kids were throwing tantrum or not behave, she very gently handled the situation and kids calm down so quickly! Also, our kids have food allergies - Priscila was excellent in taking precautions. I can 100% rely on her to feed our kids. If you are looking for someone you can trust, Priscila is the one you should work with. We love you so much Priscila! Good luck with everything!
