Determined, independent, and caring, I enjoy working with seniors because I'm naturally attentive, patient, and compassionate. I take pride in providing quality care, companionship, and reassurance, knowing my presence can brighten someone's day. I began caring for seniors after completing my CNA training in home health and quickly realized I have a natural connection with them, enjoying support, comfort, and engagement. I'm seeking a role with stability, clear communication, and a supportive environment where I can use my skills to make a real difference. My top strengths are patient care and support, observation and health monitoring, and communication with empathy. Flexibility allows me to balance responsibilities and give 100% to my clients each shift. Over time, I become like part of the family.
