I hired her for six month to watch my son. She was loving and caring. However, there were multiple times she forgot to change diapers or check diapers when she came in. She is definitely not a multitask-er. After few months of working, she quits on us like thin air, for example stop responding to messages and text. All it happened earlier in the week was I asked her why she failed to change the diaper. She is not dependable because she stops messaging and responding to a call even. Definitely not reliable. Heart breaking for my son as he bonded. Don't count on her.
