I currently live in one of Prima’s rental properties and I can honestly say she is the best landlord I’ve ever had. Everything was absolutely immaculate on move-in day, and it was clear right away how much attention to detail she puts into her work. Any time I’ve ever had a question or issue, it’s addressed immediately. I never have to ask twice, which is something you rarely experience with property management. She truly goes above and beyond. I’ve also hired Prima for cleaning services for my own business, and I would not trust anyone else to do the job. She doesn’t miss a single thing and consistently exceeds expectations.
