Precious is the ideal go-to childcare provider for our children. She is reliable, trustworthy, communicative, and shows up on time. And the kids look forward to seeing her when we tell them she is coming! We had an issue once with one child locking the exterior door from the inside of our place, essentially locking them all out of the home when they went out for a playground romp. Precious was cool and calm when she alerted us and she was patient and helpful in figuring out a quick solution. Our evening out ultimately felt completely uninterrupted. Her reaction to this scenario really showed us how competent and reliable she was in caring for our kids.
