About Pranu

While experienced primarily as a nanny, Pranu was very impressive during our interview and demonstrated a high level of professionalism, honesty, and a sincere willingness to learn about senior care-giving. She shadowed two of our existing companion caregivers in preparation to provide care to our 95 year old mom--she asked questions, took notes, and also studied our handbook---fully preparing for her job with us. She has excellent communication skills, is exceptional with providing effective memory and physical activities, conscientious about health/medical observations, and a team player. She has the trust of our other caregivers and takes the initiative for offering suggestions and recommendations to enhance our care-giving team and environment.
