About Pradeep

I am a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with more than 5 years of healthcare experience. I began my career as a CNA in a nursing facility, where I developed a strong foundation in patient care, communication, teamwork, and compassion. I currently work as a CNA at Sutter Health, providing patient-centered care in a hospital setting. Throughout my career, I have gained experience assisting patients with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, mobility, repositioning, vital signs, comfort, and safety. I believe every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, patience, and kindness. I take pride in being dependable, hardworking, and a supportive member of the healthcare team. My goal is to continue growing professionally while providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to every patient I serve.
