I am a dedicated and compassionate professional with experience in childcare, customer service, healthcare support, and behavioral therapy. I have several years of experience working with children in daycare and educational settings, where I developed strong skills in communication, patience, supervision, and creating safe, nurturing environments for children of all ages. In addition to my childcare background, I am currently expanding my career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I have experience supporting children with behavioral and developmental needs by implementing behavior plans, encouraging positive behaviors, assisting with skill development, and providing compassionate one-on-one support. I am passionate about helping children grow emotionally, socially, and academically while building trusting relationships with families and team members.
