I prioritize understanding each individual's preferences and personal history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities as needed. I follow the family's preferred communication method to keep them informed. I offer light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I have CPR and First Aid Training.
