My calm and patient demeanor creates a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. I pride myself on my creativity and imagination, always finding new and exciting ways to engage children through outdoor play, board games, puzzles, and educational activities. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, providing daily written reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular text or phone call updates. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and respectful environment for all. My proficiency in English, Spanish, Chinese, and American Sign Language (ASL) allows me to effectively communicate with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
