Polina has cared for two of our boys for almost two years, and we have had a wonderful experience with her. She is reliable, caring, patient, and very engaged with the children. She follows a good routine, including meals, naps, outdoor time, play, and educational activities. She has helped both boys become more independent and has been especially thoughtful and proactive in supporting our older son, who has a developmental delay. We have trusted Polina with daytime, evening, and overnight care, as well as driving our children to school and activities. She is very safety-conscious and dependable. She has always been flexible with our changing schedule and consistently goes above and beyond. We are reducing her hours only because our childcare needs have changed. I would gladly hire her again and highly recommend her to another family.
