Minnie is the absolute best nanny I've ever hired and we love her so much. She has been with us since the beginning of 2021 and helped us with our toddler (2-3 years old) and our infant (8mo-12mo). She is extremely dependable, trustworthy, honest, reliable, punctual. She is very easy going, easy to talk to and communicate with. She follows directions well and is open to any changes or adjustments as things change (kids are always changing!) but she is also really smart and can improvise and figure things out on her own. I was worried about my kids being clingy while working from home, but she gave us true peace of mind and was able to expertly manage everything on the childcare front. Her style is gentle, positive, calm. She always helped to tidy up the kids room and play area, and even when I try to do the same on the weekends, it is somehow never as neat looking. How does she do it? I highly recommend her if you are looking for a high-quality person.
