About Piper

My name is Piper. I'm 23 years old and have been working with kids professionally all of my adult life. I've taken two first aid/CPR courses, worked in a preschool, babysat consistently since I was 16, and worked as a professional nanny since the beginning of the pandemic. I pride myself on being professional, while also forming deep relationships with the families I work for. I believe in gentle parenting and hands-on learning for all children. I encourage kids to trust their abilities, while learning from mistakes. I allow kids to fall down, knowing that they'll learn how to pick themselves back up. At the end of the day, you can expect your kid to have dirt under their nails and a smile on their face. All kids deserve respect and a listening ear, so I strive to provide that each day I come to work. References available upon request.
