About Piper

I am a student at Illinois State studying recreation and sports management on a pre- occupational therapy track. I have extensive experience working with children with Type 1 Diabetes, ages 4-15. As well as children on the Autism spectrum. I love working with kids and am willing to go above and beyond. I'd describe my personality as responsible, organized, and trustworthy I like working with kids because they see everything from a different perspective. I started working with kids when I was in high school and am hoping to continue throughout my career. In my spare time, I like to go on walks, play tennis, and be with family. One thing you should know about me is I have spent my last 4 summers working at a diabetic youth camp. Including this past summer working as day camp director.
