About Ping

Ping has been caring for our son since he was 4 months old. At now 18 months, he has bonded with her and she has become part of our family. We hired Ping because we wanted someone who could speak Chinese to our son and be a safe and fun person in his life. She has far exceeded our expectations at every turn. She consistently arrived on time and demonstrated a high level of professionalism, going above and beyond to care for our son, family and home. She is extremely dependable, caring, kind and very quickly formed a strong bond with our son. She cares for him, plays with him, teaches him. Ping was also a good communicator, always open to our feedback and needs, but also able to provide suggestion in a timely, non-forceful manner. And she was able to be flexible with our schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and working around travel. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Ping's performance as our nanny. She has made a very positive impact on our family, becoming one of our own in a few short months, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone considering her!
